Planned activities

• Advice on and development of practical implementation mechanisms for the arrangements under Article 12 of the Iranian ” Law on Elimination of barriers to competitiveness and improving the country’s financial system ” as well as for the market for energy efficiency and the environment
• Establishment of a continuous stakeholder dialogue on the development of the energy efficiency and environmental market
• Development of feasibility studies for selected EE pilot projects in Assaluyeh and selected rural areas
• Training workshops in selected regions on funding under Article 12 and the market for energy efficiency and environmental markets
• Development of financing concepts for the implementation of the EE projects
• Advice on energy efficiency, climate change and emissions trading, particularly in the areas of gasflaring, gas separation, gas refineries and petrochemicals
